Jewellery Making Classes for Beginners – Tuesday
This is an intensive 5 week night class for beginners

The first evening evening will be spent learning the basic techniques to make your own jewellery. You will learn how to saw, pierce, file and texture using hammers and texture plates with the rolling mill.
On the second evening you will make a pair of silver drop earrings using some of the techniques you learned the week before.
On the third evening you will texture and hammer to produce your own silver band ring and maybe oxidise it.
The next few nights will be spent practicing all the skills you have learned to saw and pierce a silver pendant.
We will supply the silver to make the 3 items of jewellery.
At the end oof the 5 weeks you will leave the studio with at least 1 pair of earrings, a ring and a pendant all made by you.. If you have time you might even be able to make a second pair of earrings.
