Intense Beginners – Thursday

The first evening will be spent learning the basic techniques to make jewellery. You will learn how to saw, pierce, file and texture using hammers and texture plates with the rolling mill.

On your second evening you will make a pair of silver drop earrings using some of the techniques you learned the week before.

On the third evening you will texture and hammer to produce your own silver band ring and maybe even oxidise it.

The next few nights will be spent practicing all new skills you have learned to saw and pierce a pendant.

We will supply enough silver to make the 3 items of jewellery.

You will leave the studio with your at least 3 pieces of handmade unique, silver jewellery made by you.
